About the Person
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who embodies 2BL’s core values : solve hard problems, grow courageously, and row together. This person will tackle complex maintenance tasks with precision, take initiative to improve skills, and collaborate closely with the Regional and Property Managers. Always ready to support in emergencies and special projects, they are committed to keeping properties in top condition and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
Summary :
The Maintenance Technician, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Manager and Property Manager, maintains and repairs all common property not maintained and repaired by a third party. The Maintenance Technician will also perform in unit maintenance services. The Maintenance Technician is expected to be available for emergencies or overtime in special circumstances to complete projects or meet deadlines.
