What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Office Administrator- Accounts Receivable position at 2C Energy Partners?
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team. While experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus, it’s not required. We are looking for a motivated professional who is fluent in Spanish and has a strong background in Accounts Receivable, Open Invoice, and QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Maintain and update records in Open Invoice and QuickBooks Online.
- Communicate with individuals that are Spanish speaking.
- Prepare tickets and submit invoices, ensuring compliance with company and client guidelines.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Open Invoice and QuickBooks Online.
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
