Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Roustabout Pusher to join our team in the San Angelo, Texas area. The ideal candidate will lead a team of roustabouts, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This is a full-time position, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead roustabout crews in daily operations.
• Assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of oilfield equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Monitor job sites for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment as needed.
• Assist with hands-on tasks to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roustabout Pusher or similar leadership role in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation.
• Bilingual
• Reside in San Angelo, TX area.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with local oilfield regulations and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
