We are seeking an Influencer Relations Manager to join the team. You must have a passion for music and entertainment and possess knowledge of the talent space, youth culture, including Celebrities and Content Creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
Our client is a global music streaming service in the music, audio and consumer technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong interest content creators sharing entertainment and pop-culture news, and on the pulse of consumer, market, cultural evolutions to identify opportunities to share with our core members and audiences
- Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams (media, comms, creative, product marketing, partnerships) to identify opportunities and deliver integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with senior management in building and carrying out innovative influencer campaigns and strategies
- Help execute influencer strategies that support overall business and marketing objectives to drive brand awareness
- Lead influencer list building, research, and vetting process
- Build and maintain relationships with Celebrities, Content Creators, Managers, Publicists, etc.
- Support the creation of product education and partner best practices materials
- Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and platform performance as they relate to partners with creation of recap decks and weekly reporting
- Assist the team with a variety of campaigns including gifting, PR opps, events, and more - from ideation to execution with influencers and celebrities
- Identify and track industry trends, key moments, and culturally relevant events and help to drive the team's strategic approach to these opportunities.
- Budget management for projects
- Manage logistics for event support, and be on-site as VIP point of contact
- Co-manage interns to assist on all influencer marketing projects
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in influencer, PR or creators in an agency or in-house environment
- Are passionate about Entertainment, Pop Culture and Celebrities/Influencers at scale
- Are familiar with developments in the media industry, plus knowledge of a variety of social platforms TikTok, Instagram, etc. and the latest news and trends affecting these channels
- Are detail-oriented with recognized ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Have strong written and oral communication skills, and a ability to develop constructive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients alike
- Thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Have a knowledge, curiosity, and passion for learning about the global music & influencer landscape and business

Location: This will be a hybrid role utilizing our HQ office in West Hollywood, California. Must be available to work events/activations on evenings and weekends. Some domestic travel might be required.
