Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the design engineering installation and aftermarket support of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in HVAC system design experience with multiple projects simultaneously and proficiency in project management tools. This role requires a detailoriented professional capable of managing project deliverables documentation and communication between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead and manage 540 HVAC projects concurrently ensuring timely and withinbudget delivery of all phases including design installation and support.
- Design / Engineering Support : Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support the creation of HVAC systems reviewing and interpreting construction documentation RFIs and product specifications.
- Documentation Review : Produce review and manage project deliverables including pricing drawings materials and samples.
- Coordination : Work with architectural structural electrical and other trade professionals to ensure integrated system design and implementation.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee verification activities to ensure project compliance with standards and specifications.
- Client Interaction : Maintain effective communication with clients addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership : Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
