We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and business owners.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HVAC technologies.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both company and customer objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-selling within Plumbing, Fire Protection and Controls

Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • No C2C
