- Average hourly rate is $22.07 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

You’ll authorize services for these youth, promote their well-being, and coordinate with other agencies to ensure comprehensive care. You’ll be at the forefront of building stronger, healthier families.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
- A strong desire to advocate for children and support their growth and development.
- Flexible scheduling
