Our full-time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders (LMSW/ LSCSW, LPC/ LCPC, LMFT, LMP/ LP, etc). An additional credential for addictions (LAC) is preferred.
A Day in The Life as a Therapist As a Therapist for Pathway Family Service, you will work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment program, assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. Schedule can be flexible, including possibility for 4–10 hour days, as evening work may be necessary to meet the needs of specific clients.
