At 2nd Adventure Services, we’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to guide our AR team, ensuring accurate and efficient payment processes across our dynamic family of brands — including Brownells, Crow Wholesale, and AR15.com.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our Accounts Receivable processes — overseeing billing, collections, and cash application to keep our cash flow steady and our customers satisfied. You’ll take ownership of reviewing aging reports, partnering with sales to resolve discrepancies, and helping customers stay on track with their payments. From negotiating repayment terms to recommending legal action on delinquent accounts, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our company’s financial stability.

Our Accounts Receivable Supervisor role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure and precision — someone who can confidently guide a team while keeping an eye on the details. With 7 years of accounting, collections, or credit experience, you know what it takes to lead by example, communicate clearly, and create an organized, efficient AR environment.
