Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits administration, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and overtime.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions accurately.
- Prepare reports related to payroll metrics and financial analysis as needed.
- Utilize payroll software such as QuickBooks, Kronos, or Workday for efficient processing.
- Conduct audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in Payroll Management with a solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Experience with Benefits Administration to effectively manage employee benefits packages.
- Knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping practices to maintain accurate financial records.
- Familiarity with Debits and Credits to ensure proper accounting entries are made.
