What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dance Studio Receptionist and Customer Service Representative position at 2nd Street Studio of Dance?
Job Summary
The front desk staff is the face of the studio to our dance families. We are looking for someone who is friendly and has an outgoing personality who likes working with both adults and children. Customer service, sales experience, and spreadsheet knowledge is a plus. Candidates must be available weekday afternoons/evenings Mon-Thurs and Saturday morning/afternoon. Job could potentially be multiple people part time or one person full time. Pay rate based on experience.
Job duties would include:
- Understanding and keeping up to date with studio policies, class schedules, and events
- Answering phone and returning calls
- Greeting customers
- Helping customers with questions, payments, signs ups, etc.
- Communicating with management
- Entering data into spreadsheets
- Organizing, filing, printing materials, and other office tasks
- Cleaning tasks
- Opening and closing studio and making sure everything is ready for classes to start each day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
