Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Recruiter to join our team and drive the hiring process for our retail fashion re-sale clothing store. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s attrition and growth needs. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Essential Job Functions:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for retail positions, including sales associates, merchandisers, store managers, and support staff.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and career websites.
- Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through timely communication, follow-ups, and professional interactions.
- Promote the store’s brand as an employer of choice through recruitment events, social media presence, and partnerships with local organizations or schools.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.
- Track recruitment efforts, analyze hiring trends, and provide recommendations for improving the hiring process.
- Ensure hiring practices align with company policies, labor laws, and diversity initiatives.
- Initiate comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent with a focus on retail sales professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Passion for Fashion: Understanding of retail operations and a keen eye for identifying talent that aligns with the brand’s image.
