Job Title: CAD/-Revit Drafter

Responsibilities:
· Develop architectural drawings and 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD and Revit.
· Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce design layouts, sections, and elevations.
· Maintain and update project documentation and drawing sets.
· Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
· Assist in preparing submission packages for approvals and permits.
· Coordinate with consultants and contractors for design adjustments and clarifications.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
· Experience as a draftsperson in an architectural environment.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of BIM standards and MS Office is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and good communication skills
· Familiarity with local building codes and construction standards.
