LaundroLab and 2ULaundry are poised for explosive growth across the country and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to fuel the growth of both brands. In this role, you will use your performance marketing knowledge and analytical rigor to help drive the paid acquisition strategy and execution to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will manage a substantial marketing budget to grow the 2ULaundry and LaundroLab user base, increasing their engagement, and number of transactions.
The ideal candidate is a growth oriented marketer who is looking to change an industry and excited to help build the first nationally recognized brand in the laundry space. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our franchise network through strategic digital marketing efforts. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and data analytics to maximize franchisee growth and performance. This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer looking for more ownership, and wants to build a foundation while leading from the front.
What are the key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager?
- Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition oriented digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate and franchise business goals.
- Hands-on performance marketing execution, monitoring daily campaign health, and actively optimizing towards performance KPIs of ROAS, CAC, and more.
- Handle all aspects of Google Ads campaign management from search set-up, reporting, keyword and audience research, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- Own campaign build structures, targeting approach, and landing page destinations as needed to execute strategic campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance results to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Act as the knowledge expert across current and emerging performance media platforms with insights into industry, bidding, targeting, creative, and platform best practices/trends.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, vendors, and technology providers to enhance the franchise's digital capabilities.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to franchisees in implementing effective digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' digital strategies to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Work closely with the 2ULaundry and LaundroLab marketing teams to support all company and franchisee growth initiatives.
Who is the ideal Performance Marketing Manager?
- 5 years of sophisticated hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns in a fast-paced and highly analytical environment – preferably across multiple brands or SKUs.
- Has directly managed ad spend on Facebook, Google, and other advertising platforms, managing monthly budgets >$30K.
- Ability to extract insights on data to see beyond the numbers and identify patterns to improve results.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and the various levers to optimize within the respective marketing channels.
- You like to get things done, and you can analyze information, provide clarity back to the business and take ownership of outcomes.
- Creative problem-solving skills. Able to address problems, build strategic frameworks and implement the solutions.
- Collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationships across functional areas with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to interface comfortably and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Success in driving business results through executional excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities and work under tight timelines.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills preferred.
