We’re looking for an in-office Customer Success Manager in Los Angeles to help onboard new clients, integrate them onto our platform, and ensure they’re getting the most value. You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a vital role in shaping the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the day to day point of contact for clients
✅ Help optimize and expand client workflows
✅ Collaborate with product, sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding
✅ Identify upsell opportunities and drive retention
✅ Troubleshoot, track engagement, and deliver a top-tier client experience
✅ Grow into a leadership role as we scale
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing role
✔️ Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
✔️ Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools
✔️ Super organized with strong follow-through
✔️ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
