What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Spa Manager position at 3 Degrees Hudson?
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, charismatic, personable Assistant Spa Manager who can lead and oversee day-to-day operations that also values health and wellness and understands the science and benefits of infrared sauna, red-light and Halo therapy. This person will be a mentor and inspiration to our staff by maintaining high performance standards, leading by example, providing superior customer service, and setting and reaching service goals for the individuals and the team.
Major Responsibilities Include (but will not be limited to):
- Welcome and Greet studio Members and Clients
- Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
- New employees: Hiring, Onboarding, Training Program, Performance Reviews, etc.
- Planning and development of monthly marketing strategies
- Solving Problems Creatively
- Organizing and delegating assignments to team members
- Set up and See Through Monthly Partnerships
- Handle Sauna Maintenance Issues
- Make sure studio is open and properly covered daily
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment
- Develop, Coordinates, and Enforces systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards
- Social Media: Posts, Stories, Emails and all other parts to improve social media for our studio
- Handle and Oversee accounts, collections, documenting, freezes and suspensions
- Designs and executes a Daily Method of Operation
- Handle escalated Customer Service Issues
- Designs a bi-weekly studio schedule where all operational hours are staffed
- Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance
- Keep Studio in Proper 3 Degrees Standards to Operate
- Inventory- Routine Counts and Inventory Organization
Work Hours:
40-45 weekly
$34,000.00 -$44,000.00 (Salary depending on experience)
It will be up to you how to fill the necessary hours of weekly operation. You will have a budget to staff the necessary hours.

Education and Experience
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or previous work experience in business management or equivalent experience
• Three years’ experience in customer service
