*Job Overview* As a Head Chef at our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary activities in the kitchen. You will be leading a team of kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring top-quality food production. *Duties* - Manage and lead the kitchen staff - Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities - Create and update menus to meet customers' needs and preferences - Ensure that all food preparation is of high quality and served in a timely manner - Monitor food and labor costs to stay within budget - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with restaurant management on kitchen design and menu planning - Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures *Qualifications* - Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role - Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team - Proficient in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Knowledge of food service management and inventory management - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
