This position will assist the procurement and operation initiatives with our Divisional Purchasing and Production Teams across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. What Will You Be Doing?
- Support daily operations and category management related to process efficiencies, product alignment, and change management.
- Eagerness to learn about purchasing and homebuilding industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Maintain Trade Partner pricing records and facilitate approved modifications.
- Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents.
- Participate in value engineering reviews with focus on cost impacts.
- Contractual compliance and continuance with trade partner contracts, scopes of work, insurance and training.
- Work closely with other teams for cross departmental initiatives and backfill workflow needs.
What Will You Bring?

- High School Diploma.
- BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Experience in Residential Construction preferred but not required.
- Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) or other related applications preferred
