Job Description Job Summary Under minimal supervision, utilizes knowledge and skills gained through education and experience to lead the advisor/client experience regarding lending products including Securities Based Lending, Mortgage, Tailored Lending and Margin. The scope of the advisor/client experience covers the end-toend experience including process, technology, communications with a constant focus on improving the experience and perception of the products. This role will collaborate with senior management and product management regarding strategy to include assessing options and decisions around the advisor/client experience. Additionally, this role will work with product management and partners at the firm on implementation and change management efforts. This role will lead the integration of enhancements to advisor/client facing firm/Private Client Group applications. This role will encompass both tactical and longer-term enhancements/efforts to improve the experience for both clients and advisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Leads advisor/client experience strategy. Collaborates with senior leadership and product management in assessing options and decisions around advisor/client experience strategies. • Leads the creation of a plan for advisor/client experience to include self-service capabilities, lending visibility, front end experience of loan application and service requests. Partners with product management on the design and implementation of such strategies and enhancements which may be longer term/strategic or tactical in nature. • Leads integration, enhancements, and maintenance of advisor/client facing firm apps (Client Center, Client Access, GPM, Practice Center, FA Alerts, etc.). This includes strategy, business requirements, testing, and implementation. • Focuses on Private Wealth experience (high-net-worth clients). On point with firm initiatives from service standpoint. • Leads advisor/client survey process, reporting, identifying trends, and addressing solutions in partnership with product management teams.
