Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience
Full-time staff BENEFITS: Available for all full-time employees who work 30 hours per week or more on average.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain a unified social media strategy with Marketing Director’s assistance for multiple brands, aligning with sales and brand-building objectives.
- Track platform updates, algorithm shifts, and industry trends; recommend real-time adjustments to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
- Plan monthly calendars; shoot, edit, and publish scroll-stopping photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
- Produce recurring series (e.g., Raving Fans Friday, Man on the Street) and launch seasonal or campaign-specific concepts with the Marketing Director.
- Create and monitor email campaigns via crm platform
- Manage asset libraries, naming conventions, and post-production workflow; coordinate external vendors when larger shoots are required.
- Own daily engagement—reply to comments, DMs, tags, and reviews in brand voice.
- Curate, secure rights for, and repurpose user-generated content to amplify authentic guest stories.
- Coordinate visits per month across markets; brief talent, secure deliverables, track performance, and nurture relationships.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and creative guidelines; ensure content aligns with brand standards.
- Partner with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to showcase menu launches, events, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Integrate social tactics into broader brand and sales-driving campaigns; identify opportunities for paid media amplification.
- Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, web conversions) and present monthly insights with clear optimization recommendations.
- Analyze organic results to highlight opportunities for paid social or other channel integration.
- Uphold each brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Maintain social media guidelines and asset approval processes.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be located or be willing to relocate to one of the following areas;
- Iowa City, IA
- Des Moines, IA
- Kansas City, KS
- Kansas City, MO
- 3 years professional social media management and content production
- restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Proven success growing audiences and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual-communication skills; experience with mobile editing tools and basic Adobe/Canva workflows.
- Track record of managing influencer partnerships and UGC strategies.
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable tactics.
- Ability to juggle multiple brand voices and deadlines; highly organized with strong project-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 5–8 days per quarter for content capture and events.
