Job Summary: CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are an Insulation company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including supply chain management, inventory control, production planning, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials management such as Batt and Blow insulation, Spray-foam, and after-paint products as well as possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize branch operations and achieve business objectives
- Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure timely installation of products
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction material installed sales, materials management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
