Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced garage door Installation Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for installing garage doors according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, frame carpentry skills, and the ability to problem solve.
Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble garage doors according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations
- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit
- Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Experience:
- Previous experience in garage door installation or a related field is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools
- Frame carpentry skills for constructing structures
- Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Experience with fixture installation, remodeling, and door hanging is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
