Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Outbound shipping/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing products for shipment to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, following company guidelines.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and documented for order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and RF scanners as needed.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking tasks to gather items for shipment based on customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- Must be able to follow instructions and operate within policies and procedures
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High level of positive morale
- Goal oriented
- Maintain safe working environment by following safety procedures and guidelines
- Previous experience operating a forklift and RF scanner
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
