MSA Home Health & Hospice , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time / PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team for our Home Health & Hospice location in Abingdon, VA.

• Provides occupational therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines and in accordance with the plan of treatment developed by the OT.
• Assists the physician in implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with the plan of care and reports to the physician or client care manager.
• Develops, prepares and maintains individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies.
• Assists with interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.
