Job Summary
Medi Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Part-time / PRN Occupational Therapist for our Home Health patients in Lock Haven, PA. The ideal candidate will provide skilled occupational therapy to clients, restoring function and self-care activities, and coordinating total plan of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
- Treats clients through therapeutic activities to restore function and improve daily living skills.
- Demonstrates and teaches alternate techniques for transfers and positioning.
- Cordinates the total plan of care and maintains client continuity by liaising with other health professionals.
- Develops and maintains accurate individualized client care progress records.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience.
- Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of PA.
- Home Health experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and company required auto liability insurance.
