As an Information Operations Effects Coordinator, you’ll bring your information operations (IO), collaboration, and planning expertise to work alongside thought leaders in IO, including planning and familiarity with all the information-related capabilities, on projects for demanding Defense customers. You’ll use your skills and expertise to interact with client staff to coordinate, develop, and process timely responses to internal and external formal taskings, establish and enforce processes to gain efficiencies, and innovate for effects. You'll integrate with all information-related capabilities and functions in the staff to understand ongoing efforts and facilitate cross-coordination and ensure appropriate collaboration within the client staff and with the broader Command staff and higher headquarters. As you identify challenges and opportunities to better meet client objectives and goals, you'll develop solutions and recommendations to support operational planning and approvals across the Command staff.
Work with us to support IO planning by developing IO concepts of support, drafting planning documents and orders, and participating in operational planning teams and working groups. You’ll enable exercises by representing client equities at exercise planning events as directed, including functioning as Response Cell or Exercise Control Group. You’ll conducti other activities to support integration of staff efforts, including working groups and taskers will place you at the center of the Command IO activities.

You Have:
6 years of experience communicating effectively and succinctly with action officers and senior staff at a 2-star Command or higher
3 years of experience planning, exercising, or developing information operations
3 years of experience with the Joint Planning Process or Service equivalent
Experience supporting information operations in development or execution of Table Top and Command Post Exercises
Experience analyzing multifaceted situations, drawing conclusions, and providing timely and relevant recommendations to senior leaders
Experience preparing compelling, decision-quality senior leader briefings and reports with no oversight
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Information Operations Service or Joint Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience as a FA30 Information Operations officer or Service equivalent
Experience with Special Operations Forces or a Joint Interagency Task Force
Experience with cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, IJSTO, MISO or PSYOP expeditionary operations, or OPSEC or MILDEC
Experience in the European theater of operations
Experience working with NATO Allies or partner or NATO staff
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
