Looking for a Project Coordinator to support construction projects in the San Francisco area. The Project Coordinator will support the General Foreman.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and retrieve job information from Customer’s work management system
Evaluate work types to assist Project Managers and Superintendents in scheduling work to crews
Print work packages and update master schedule files
Collect completed paperwork and photos from field crews and submit As-builts to Customer
Track data and upload completed work package in Customer’s work management system
Perform timely one-call notifications for scheduled work
Arrange and coordinate traffic control support for crews
Submit power line clearance requests in conjunction with work requirements
Remove roadblocks in support of crews
Support Project Managers in planning, execution, close-out, and invoicing of assigned work
Qualifications
Minimum:
Ability to travel from office to worksite 1 to 2 days weekly
Data entry capabilities with speed and accuracy
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to work four 10-hour days, Monday – Thursday.
