We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple underground dry utilities projects simultaneously.
- Develop accurate project plans and scopes of work.
- Maintain up-to-date job information in our project tracking system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines and customer commitments are met.
- Lead meetings to review project status and needs with leadership and team members.
- Attend customer meetings as needed.
- Ensure accurate and complete project files for closeout purposes.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interaction skills.
- Familiarize yourself with Public and Private right of ways, including permitting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
