Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in financial processes.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
- Handle bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
