Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our fixed wireless and fiber broadband services to businesses and residential customers. You will be responsible for executing sales initiatives, participating in marketing events, and setting up booths on the road to engage potential customers. Your primary focus will be on business sales, targeting commercial clients and building strong relationships to generate new accounts. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing acumen, and outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Outside Sales:
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Present and promote our fixed wireless and fiber broadband solutions to businesses and residential customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
Marketing Events:
- Plan, organize, and represent the company at various marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Set up booths and displays, ensuring an engaging and informative presence.
- Engage with event attendees, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Collect customer information and follow up on leads generated from marketing events.
Business Sales:
- Identify key decision-makers in target businesses and develop relationships to generate new accounts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable broadband solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision makers
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territory and participate in marketing events.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirement:
- Ability to Lift 40 lbs. of Equipment
- Please note that this position involves regular lifting and carrying of equipment weighing up to 40 lbs. As part of your job responsibilities, you will be required to handle and transport various equipment, ensuring their proper setup and installation.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
