Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an LMHP/LIMHP at 360 Community Services located in Omaha, NE. The role involves providing mental health counseling, residential support, school transition services, and assessment services to individuals. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills
- Experience in delivering mental health services to children and adults
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and waivers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)
- Experience with school transition services is a plus
- Empathy and understanding towards individuals with diverse needs
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
