Senior Level Graphic Designer

We seek a Career-focused, Positive Energy, and Digitally Minded Content Creator. Professionals who are passionate about their careers helping businesses navigate the exciting and ever-evolving space of Business Development, Advertising, Media, and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities :

This individual will conceptualize, design, and execute digital, print, and web graphics to support consistent and scalable brand images across the company.
As assigned, develop and execute client brand strategy, video marketing initiatives, corporate communications, and live productions.
Create compelling show packaging, graphics, and production elements that conform to each project's appropriate time and budget constraints.
Review designs and proofs with the Creative Team and end user to ensure all specifications are met and the best visual effect is achieved.
Participate in creative brainstorming and developing graphic design projects supporting clients and company brands and understanding the innovative marketing technology field that duties may change.
Consult with members of the production and other internal clients to determine project needs, develop a project plan, and produce compelling visual solutions and proposals.
Manage all assigned graphic design projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest quality of production standards while leading the creative team. Developing innovative solutions for new and existing clients and the 360 Brand.
Manage Creative Services, oversee or supervise, teach creative team members and internal clients regularly, and take ownership of keeping everyone on the same page and ensuring deadline completion.

Qualifications :

B.A. or B.S. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

8 years of experience in graphic design, print, and digital media, as well as video editing, are required.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, Keynote, Davinci, and Final Cut Pro.

Video, animation, and audio editing skills.

Portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles and effectiveness across many platforms, including print, digital, video, social, animation, and web design.

Basic Knowledge of 2D, 3D, and motion graphics.

Expert understanding and experience with social content creation. Confidence in taking the initiative and overseeing production from start to end, from concepts to storyboard to production to compositing and delivery.

Excellence in working with deadlines and managing multiple design tasks for multiple industries simultaneously.

Ability to take direction, pivot tasks, and passion for working in a collaborative space.

Excellent client customer service skills, verbal and written communication, and highly organized.
