Description : The Performance Media Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital ad campaigns across various platforms. This role is crucial for both our agency and client success, focusing on lead generation, ad optimization, and performance reporting. The manager will also coordinate and direct our media team ensuring seamless omnichannel marketing efforts.

Providing Strategic Guidance : Offering expert advice on marketing strategies, campaign development, and optimization to drive measurable results.Facilitating Effective Communication : Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and informative updates on campaign performance and progress.Addressing Client Concerns : Proactively addressing client concerns and questions, providing clear and concise explanations of complex marketing concepts.Negotiating and Upselling : Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or products that align with client needs and drive increased revenue.Maintaining Regular Engagement : Scheduling regular check-ins with clients to review campaign performance, discuss goals, and explore new opportunities.Ad Management :Strategize and manage ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms for clients.
Strategize, create, and manage campaigns for the agency to generate leads.Set and track performance goals (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).Analyze and determine the best strategy per account, create a media strategy plan, and implement it on the recommended platform.Lead Generation :Develop strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Integrate call tracking data with CRM systems for comprehensive analysis.Help develop sales funnels and implement them on the website while tracking and monitoring performance.Assist with the sales process to set appointments and close warm leads.Optimization & Reporting :Conduct A / B testing and optimize ad creatives and targeting.
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights.Team Leadership :Manage the offshore media team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure all media types and platforms are effectively utilized.Industry Events and ExposAttend and actively participate in industry events and expos (up to three events per year, with up to 10 event days total).
Work expo booths to promote the company’s brand, generate leads, and close sales.Assist field marketing teams in event preparation, including :Developing tailored sales materials.Providing feedback for event improvement.Building and maintaining relationships with attendees, sponsors, and partners.Qualifications
1-2 Years in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Skills & Experience :
2-4 years in digital marketing, particularly in managing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.1 years experience prospecting or lead generation.Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics.Ability to create compelling ad content and optimize campaigns.PREFERRED SKILLSExperience with call tracking and CRM systems.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Additional Information
