Token Marketing is hiring: Social video team member in Ogden

This is a contract-based income opportunity that requires an application and qualification. We do not accept all applicants and qualify those who are contracted into our program. We have an exclusive contract with one of the country's leading merchant processing companies which we provide services for via this contract opportunity.

The main task or duty is to personally perform and create a scripted video with your own setup for a set of individuals that will be provided to you. You would be personally speaking on camera, memorizing this 1-minute script, then reproducing it for each of these individuals.

You would be under obligation to produce a minimum of 100, 1-minute videos a week (20 a day on average). The average team member takes about 5-8 hours a week (1 hour a day) to produce 100 videos and send them to specified individuals. The videos will be of you sharing a prescribed, templated message about our services.

You are ok to produce as many videos as you wish as we have tens of thousands of contacts we provide these for. But 100 a week is a required minimum.

The average income is $900 for each deal that completes the process but can range between $100 and $8000. The average completion (when an individual completes our process and you get paid) is 3-24 per thousand videos. 3 is the lowest average and 24 is the highest. And it is residual. For example, if you were to have 5 deals complete the process a month, that would be $4500 a month on average for the life of each client which is 3-5 years. Adding consistently each month builds significant residual revenue.

Responsibilities

There is a strict, proprietary script that each video produced needs to follow and you will be under a contractual obligation to stick to the script as you will be representing us and our clients. Note the script is not word for word though. It is more about how the message is provided which requires good camera sense and awareness.

A minimum of 100 videos a week is required which takes the average team member 6-7 hours to complete. It can be done at any time during the week.

The initial contract is a 3-month contract. Based on performance and quality of work, the contract may be extended at that point.

For individuals who request the second phase of our process, team members (you) fill out a specific form with personalized information specific to that individual. These templated responses take about 5-10 minutes each.

Each video sent is logged in our system for tracking purposes. Timely and meticulous updating of our system is required.

Note, that technical support for producing the videos and sending them is not provided. You will need to be able to handle that on your own. Team support for production quality is provided and trained on regularly.

Qualifications

We are looking for highly professional, confident individuals who come off great on video and follow through with their work precisely.

Team members must have a great, professional presence and be natural and comfortable on camera. Must be able to share a repeatable script, at high volume, as though it is fresh and natural each time. Need your own video camera, recording setup, computer, and good lighting.

Recordings must be in professional, business-looking surroundings.

These videos are part of an outreach program and team members must be wearing professional, business attire. We are in the financial services industry and the attire is business professional. The sharper, the better.
