Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of grain elevators, including the safe and efficient operation of equipment, facilities, and personnel.
- Supervise a team of grain workers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee grain storage, loading, and unloading procedures, ensuring accurate grain identification, quality control, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and schedule grain receiving and shipping activities to optimize logistics and meet customer demands.
- Maintain grain quality through regular testing, monitoring moisture levels, and implementing appropriate treatments to prevent spoilage or contamination.
