Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Process analysis requirements development, testing and documentation
Experience in major computer systems implementation, change management and large group facilitation
Working knowledge of application development cycle
Documented strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience working on Geographic Information Systems
Experience with preparing procurement vehicles and proposal evaluation process
