360 Medicine is a high end, high tech, high touch Integrative Medicine clinic working closely with chronically ill patients using a combination of natural and conventional methods. We are committed to and passionate about our continually evolving, patient-centered practice.
360 Medicine is a full-service medical provider. While the Front Office Manager will typically perform their work in the reception and lobby areas of the practice, all employees may at times be exposed to potential hazards, including machines, tools, needles, chemicals, and medications. As with all medical environments, care should be exercised, and necessary precautions taken at all times.
We are looking for a new member to lead our front office team that can commit to a long-term relationship with the practice. Candidates should have excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a highly organized work ethic, and ability to execute a variety of office duties with efficiency and accuracy. We will always do our best to provide a healthy, productive and amicable workplace.
Job Duties:
- Daily complex QuickBooks use (billing, purchase orders, receiving inventory, running reports)
- Everyday use of Microsoft office suite, Google workspace, and MacOS
- File gross receipt taxes every month
- Manage/supervise administrative staff; scheduling, training, conflict resolution if needed
- Function as primary liaison with vendors, pharmacies and our staff physicians
- Schedule and organize regular staff meetings
- Order and maintain inventory of supplements and laboratory test kit supplies
- Manage online supplement store via Shopify/Wix
- Provide excellent customer service and manage customer concerns
- Communicate with insurance companies to perform prior authorization requests
- Fill supplement orders for our patients
- Maintain accurate medical records filing
- Address IT issues as they arise and/or act as facility liaison with our IT consultant
- Act as facilities manager with the private healthcare providers renting rooms in the 360 building
- Continuously examine our operations, working in cooperation with Dr. Russ Canfield and Melissa Gzaskow RN to improve existing procedures

Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 pounds when shipping, receiving, and stocking supplies.
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel on a regular basis to sweep, and wipe down reception area, lobby, and exam rooms.
Office Hours
Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 8-hour shifts, 20-minute lunch break
Compensation
- Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience, paid biweekly.
