Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist with administrative support responsibilities to join our team in the renewable energy sector. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with quality standards on renewable energy projects while also providing administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has experience in QC inspections, documentation management, and project coordination within the solar and battery storage industries.

Key Responsibilities--Administrative Support Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize QC reports, inspection logs, and project documentation.
• Assist in scheduling inspections, meetings, and training sessions related to quality and compliance.
• Support data entry and tracking of materials, inspections, and certifications to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Help prepare and distribute project reports, compliance documents, and internal communications.
• Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and tracking of materials related to QC processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in Quality Control within the renewable energy industry (solar or battery storage preferred).
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and inspection protocols (e.g., NEC, OSHA, NABCEP, IEC).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage QC documentation and compliance records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software (Procore, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in field environments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
