As a Business Development Director at 360 Recruiter Accelerator, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to identify new sales opportunities. Your expertise in aerospace sales and customer account management will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow existing and new business for the company.
- Identify prospective customer networks and contacts through market research and analysis.
- Build strategic partnerships with desired customer base by attending events and nurturing relationships with industry decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and future business opportunities.
- Provide input to help set sales development targets and quotas.
- Create proposals and quotes for prospective customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales, or business development.
- Aerospace and/or Defense experience.
- Customer Account Management experience.
- Experience leading a team; establishing a track record of exceeding targets, KPIs, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels.
- Willing to work onsite 4 days per week.
