Role Overview :
As the Operations Manager , you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our scheduling and court reporting logistics functions, ensuring seamless execution, efficiency, and quality service delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to optimize processes while driving continuous improvements. You will play a key role in operational planning, team development, and resource management, ensuring that our court reporting and scheduling services meet the evolving needs of our clients and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership & Process Optimization
- Oversee all scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for court reporters, videographers, and other legal support personnel.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve scheduling efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance service quality.
- Maintain quality control measures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and client services teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource utilization.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline scheduling and logistics processes.
