Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and nursing assistants.
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for nursing staff.
- nsure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
