JD/Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Information Architecture or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Information Design, Industrial Design, or related degree (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency in Information Architecture and design with an iterative design approach.
- Expertise working with clients to translate business requirements into detailed application design solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineering to design and deliver solutions that effectively achieve business goals.
- UX/UI design with strong wireframing skills
- Figma proficiency (preferred)
- Salesforce Lightning Design System experience (preferred)
- UX Research, Usability Testing, Journey Mapping
- Familiarity with designing and evaluating AI/GenAI workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams.
