Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, outgoing Operations Coordinator / Field Supervisor to help manage and grow our commercial cleaning business here at 360clean. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll help oversee cleaners, conduct quality checks, communicate with clients, and—most importantly—support the growth of our business through local, in-person marketing efforts. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
You’ll be the eyes and ears of the business in the field, ensuring everything runs smoothly while the owner focuses on growth strategy. If you're organized, people-savvy, and enjoy a mix of admin and on-the-ground work, this could be a great fit.
Initial Focus – In-Person Marketing & Outreach
Go door-to-door introducing our services to local businesses
- Pass out flyers, service menus, and business cards
- Represent the company at local networking events, business mixers, or chamber meetings
- Build relationships with potential clients through face-to-face engagement
- Collect business cards, leads, and set up walk-through appointments
Schedule cleaning staff and adjust shifts based on availability or call-outs
- Conduct on-site quality control inspections and photo documentation
- Assist with cleaner onboarding and performance feedback
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and coordinate refills or deliveries
- Attend client walkthroughs and help prepare service estimates
- Respond to client concerns or service issues in person or over the phone
- Assist with timesheet approvals and incident reporting
- Maintain a weekly operations log to update the owner
Prior experience in cleaning, customer service, or field-based roles is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face marketing and business outreach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to manage schedules and juggle multiple tasks independently - Access to reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
