This is a 3-day-a-week hybrid position based in our office in northwest Austin, TX, 78750, just south of Cedar Park.

We want to add to our client success team, which oversees the long-term, trusting relationships we have built with our clients. Each of our Client Success Managers is a supportive partner to our existing customers. Our Client Success Managers are professionals responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships.
Our ideal candidate will work on behalf of the business and the client, has strong customer service experience, is familiar with CRM software, and understands how to maintain and grow relationships.

What You Will DO:
The responsibilities of the Client Success Manager include:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account issues and be able to proactively resolve problems
- Think strategically and outside the box to not only renew your customers but look for growth opportunities
- Identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Accurately track client interactions and report monthly to the team
- Proven work experience in a client-facing role
- You communicate passionately, collaborate, and rally others
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Solid experience with CRM software
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute
- Realizes no customer problem is too small
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
