As a leader in our industry, we’re expanding rapidly and need a driven recruiter to help us attract top talent to power our success.What You’ll Do
- Own the Recruiting Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations, ensuring we meet staffing goals across all businesses.
- Source Top Talent: Post creative and compelling job ads across platforms to stand out and attract candidates.
- Lead Interviews: Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate and hire the best.
- Collaborate with Operations: Partner with our leadership teams to make informed hiring decisions.
- Organize Employee Records: Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, complete, and uploaded promptly.
