Concierge Patient Support Specialist – Job Summary  

365 Surgical is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Concierge Patient Support Specialist to play a key role in enhancing the surgical journey for joint replacement patients. We are looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent and is sensitive to customer needs. This position serves as both a support role for patient liaisons and a patient-facing sales role, ensuring seamless communication between patients, surgeons, and care teams while also guiding patients through the enrollment process for our concierge program.  

This is a full-time, salaried with sales bonus, remote position with benefits available.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Act as the initial point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support throughout their surgical journey.  
• Assist other patient liaisons in coordinating communication between patients, surgeons, and care teams.  
• Educate referred patients on the benefits of our concierge program and guide them through the enrollment process.  
• Conduct outreach calls, including evenings, to ensure timely patient engagement.  
• Maintain accurate records and manage patient information across multiple platforms.  
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy while handling objections effectively.  
• Work closely with care teams to streamline communication and enhance the patient's experience.  
• Utilize multiple systems and platforms to manage workflow efficiently.  

Qualifications:  

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or sales preferred.  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think quickly and problem-solve in real time.  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems efficiently.  
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.  
• Colorado residency preferred but not required.  
• Limited-professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred.  

Compensation & Benefits:  

Target salary range: Base 50k with sales bonus (targeting minimum 62k/year)

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.
