My Place Hotel in Lubbock is looking for front desk hosts to welcome our guests and ensure everyone has a terrific experience with us. We have immediate openings and are eager to find people who want more than just a job – we’re offering a career path with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. We currently have two 7am-3pm shifts available AND two 3pm-11pm shifts per week--with the opportunity for additional coverage.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Greet guests with a warm welcome, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Assist with Reservations: Manage reservations with attention to detail and a friendly touch.
- Support Operations: Work closely with management to uphold our high standards and support day-to-day hotel operations.
