Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator for 3C Industrial, is responsible for overseeing all Corrective and Preventive Maintenance tracking and estimates, job scheduling and tracking, invoicing, and maintaining customer office records.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure parts and materials needed to fulfill open repair orders are ordered, received, and shipped to the proper location.
- Manage the scheduling of Service Technicians once all the materials required are in company control.
- Inventory Management for parts, supplies, and rental fleet.
- Rental Equipment return tracking.
- Invoice customers when the job is completed, and manage the invoicing process.
- Complete customer warranty registration and file with the manufacturer.
- Manage the service process from estimate creation to invoicing upon completion in accordance with company timeline regulations.
- Monitor open estimate reports and assure adherence to the company timeline targets for Call Response, Evaluation, Estimate Approval, Work Order creation, order parts, Invoicing, Job Completion, and Rental Returns.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Creative problem solver
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, short lead times, and prioritize work
- Team player who takes initiative to make improvements, accomplish work before being asked, and collaborates well in a team environment
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
- Exceptional phone and computer skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Physical Requirements:
- BODY POSITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods.
- BODY MOVEMENTS: The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of his/her hands to finger, handle, and feel objects such as glazing products and equipment. The ability to bend the body, to reach for objects, and to stoop, kneel, or crouch, crawl, climb, or balance when needed is also required.
- BODY SENSES: Vision requirements must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to close forms.
- STRENGTH: The employee must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
