As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. You’ll promote our premium hemp products, engage in high-volume outbound calls, and deliver top-notch service that drives sales and growth. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make an impact by reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our top-quality hemp products, and driving sales success.
- Customer Inquiries: Be the go-to resource for existing customers, answering questions, providing product insights, and ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
- Book of Business Development: Build and maintain a strong portfolio by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with existing clients.
- Lead Generation: Use your creativity to come up with strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
- Sales Reporting: Keep track of your sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring transparency and a streamlined workflow.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on industry trends, competitor offerings, and identifying new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Proven Sales Experience: You’ve had success in inside sales or a related field, ideally within the hemp or natural products industry, but we’re open to talent from all industries!
