Project Manager - Azure Migration
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL – Hybrid (3 Days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 month contract
About the Role:
Our client has an urgent need for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Azure private networking migration project. This is a critical initiative, and we require a candidate who can hit the ground running immediately. If you possess a strong background in complex migration projects, particularly within Azure environments, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the Azure private networking migration project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Migration Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in complex migration projects, specifically within Azure environments, to guide the project team.
- Azure Private Networking: Demonstrate deep understanding and practical experience with Azure private networking concepts and technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and vendors.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure1 adherence to these plans.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage the activities of project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project status updates and maintain accurate project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Azure Migration Expertise: Extensive experience in Azure migration projects, specifically related to private networking.
- Azure Private Networking Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Azure private networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways, and ExpressRoute.
- Strong Migration Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead complex migration projects from planning to execution and completion.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Immediate Availability: Must be available for immediate interviews and to start work as soon as possible.

- Experience with large-scale enterprise environments.
